Inmy opinion, the Da Vinci's disappearance DLC makes the most sense story-wise if you do it after the main story, and it contains minor spoilers for the main story. Assassinā€™s Creed Brotherhood takes the same story beats that made the first two games so good but doesnā€™t quite do enough to Brotherhooddoes have better missions, better mechanics, less glitches, better controls, more options and things to do, and obviously better graphics.
